About Cooper

Cooper Michael (She/Her) is an actor/singer/dancer and recent graduate from Circle in the Square Theatre School and Eckerd College’s joint BFA Acting program. Recently, she was a part of the inaugural Astoria New Play Fest in a reading of Frankenstein’s body where she played a very queer version of The Creature. She is passionate about telling authentic and diverse stories that push the boundary on what theatre can be while showing that trans people belong in every aspect of this industry.

In Addition to acting, Cooper is a playwright, novelist, and poet. She is a story teller through and through, no matter the medium.
